Brand identity redesign for the UK convenience store chain McColl’s, including store redesign and HQ relocation design. McColl’s was dated lacked warmthand was a bit anonymous. However the McColl’s team were never too busyto interact with the local community.
We created the brand strategy,“Your big-hearted store next door”and created brand elements thatevoked the feeling of closeness.
We extended the in-store design into the McColl’s headquarters, Leveraging on the life of founder Robert Smyth McColl alongside the other new assets to create an engaging space for staff.
